RPL Builders Limited is a bespoke building company formed in 1995 by husband and wife, Russell and Patricia Lawton. Over the years the family business has grown and developed with Russ and Trish's son Phillip now running half the projects.

 

RPL Builders are a New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioner based in Auckland specialising in Commercial and Residential projects, Heritage (Villa’s and Bungalow’s), Addition and Alterations, decks + retaining walls, bathroom and kitchen builds.

We work closely and collaboratively with our clients to produce well-designed, good quality and long-lasting buildings. Our careful attention to detail, old-fashioned craftsmanship and great initiative allow us to work efficiently to get you the best result. 

 

Russ, Phill, and their teams are personally committed to each project to obtain the best results for their clients. As a small practice, we are more focused, more flexible and enjoy our clients being fully involved in the process of designing and building their project.
