Multi-level residential renovation on Kawau Island. This project came with its fair share of logistical challenges, as all materials had to be transported to site by barge on a tidal schedule - requiring careful coordination, forward planning, and meticulous organisation.

Following significant damage caused by Cyclone Gabrielle, this project required extensive restoration and remedial work to reinstate and enhance the home.

The scope included a new extension, full exterior cladding restoration, and the installation of new window and door joinery throughout, with selected door openings widened to improve flow and functionality. All-new decks were constructed to elevate the outdoor living spaces.

Inside, the home underwent a complete refurbishment, featuring a brand-new kitchen, new bathrooms, and a full interior repaint throughout, delivering a fresh, modern finish from top to bottom.
